My fiance and I just bought a 2018 Sandstorm toy hauler from Al's and we had a wonderful experience. Even though we worked with a few different people we did not feel tossed around at all. We have been looking for a fifth wheel for quite some time. After visiting several dealerships and RV shows, we found Al's Trailer to be the most accommodating. Alex and Cory went above and beyond in assisting us in finding the RV of our dreams. Very friendly and easy to work with. Chet was great in financing as well. Good at selling trailers, not so good at repairing them. The repair was done well it just took 4 months.
Good prices, just don't use Karen Scott as your sales person.
Great experience. Found them at the RV show in Salem, was met by great staff. Gene, Chet, Richard and Tony got us set up with great advice and care. Great people and products here, you can't go wrong making a purchase with these fine folks!
Let me start by saying that our buying experience through Al's Trailer Sales was nothing short of amazing. Tony was our rep (he now works in parts) and he was helpful, not pushy, and truly went above and beyond helping us find the trailer that fit our family. But their service department....
