The worst ever, I hired them for a case. Followed up so many times and they hardly answer and when they do they say they will get back to me and then I never hear from them again. After months of no response finally I get a notice from the court I have been charged for the same charge with nothing reduce. Contacted them Brandon says, no that has to be another ticket (which I don't have). After insisting they confirm it's the same charge and said that this is an error as the charge was reduced and they will fix it and confirm... read more
I basically paid hundreds of dollars for a trial postponement. Poor communication leading up to the trial, and the "agent" (paralegal??) assigned to me was unprofessional and unhelpful.
