Very responsive to text, great communication. Great prices, great parts. I could tell very much he wanted me to be happy with my purchase as he examined the parts for flaws. An amazing experience. I do not drive new vehicles (too ridiculously expensive) so I drive old paid off ones. I will contact him first any time I need parts for my cars. I Can't thank him enough. I heard about this place but have never been before the other day to get 93 premium in my Audi. It was kind of expensive but worth it. I went inside to pay and the facility is super nice, clean and organized. Their bathrooms were the cleanest public bathroom I've been in. Super kind staff at the front desk.
