Extremely simple and low hassle to get a driver booked. Our driver, Eric, kept us updated from the night before until we met him at the airport. Very knowledgeable driver who managed to cut down the total travel time by nearly 30 minutes. Very great service and I will use them again next time I come to Houston.

We made our reservations with Highrollers by Shugg almost8 months in advance of our cruise last week and I'm so happy we did. The consistent communication we received about our pickup appointments kept me at ease as the big day approached. After watching the Facebook group for our cruise and the many people who didn't have something lined up, I'm so grateful we had everything set up in advance.

We used this service because of the great reviews. We were told they'd pick us up with an expedition that had a "trailer " for all our luggage. When she got there, it was a rack on the back of the expedition, not a trailer. It was raining when she picked us up. We drove the hour(ish) to Galveston. She was scrolling on her phone while we were driving 70 on the highway. Our luggage was soaked from being on the rack not covered or anything. I highly recommend this service. We used Highrollers By Shugg for our airport transfer and then the next day for our hotel pick up to cruise terminal! Our drivers were very professional, friendly, informative, and helpful! The price was excellent. Communication was excellent as well. Our inbound flight was delayed and driver stayed in touch with us and met us when we stepped outside the airport terminal! The ride was so much nicer than a shuttle as well. Shugg went above and beyond for my family recently. We were in South America, due to arrive back in Houston right when the freak snow event happened! We were on an Antarctica cruise in the middle of nowhere when Shugg first texted me to alert me on what was going on. Then when we heard the airports closed down we began to panic!
