Leasing agent was helpful at first. I was in contact with her about availability, and she offered me a unit. She pre-qualified me then within a day had already promised the unit to someone else. I've heard from other tenants that she's rude and prejudice. It's a dog eat dog environment with her. I understand that property management can be vicious, but I also thought I had a place for my kids and myself until she pulled the rug out from under me.

i've lived here for almost 7 years and we have gone through multiple landlords. the last landlord we had was extremely rude to anyone younger or with kids. thankfully she is gone and we have audrey now who always responds to any issues or maintenance requests. i personally dont have kids but love how every month there is a new activity for kids to participate in and i know other tenants enjoy the activities. another good thing is the maintenance people changed. i used to have issues with previous maintenance workers at this ... read more

I used to really enjoy living here. I was able to look past the fact the repairs in my home have never been treated since I moved in years ago. Or the fact it seems day by day my house is falling apart in various ways. Or the fact my rent increases multiple times a year. Having a property manager (at the time) who treated us as equal was worth it. The new property management just isn’t the same. This is a great place to live..Absolutely love it have been here 4 yrs as of July 2025!! Great new staff!!
