Considering this care home charges £4,600 a month the cleanliness and condition of my Fathers room and bed sheets were a disgrace. No bin in the room, fridge never turned on...ever... his clothes went missing, often I found him in other people's clothes and underwear and I have lost count the amount of times he had no socks on! We were told by the Manager Kerry that if his dementia got worse he would always have a home there and they would never move him, absolute lies. To Kerry, Donna, Amanda, Julie, Carol and all the staff who cared for my Mum, Margaret over the past few years. I just wanted to thank you so much for all the care and support you provided for my mum. It was a huge comfort to me to know she was in the very best place during her last few years. Colliers Croft Haydock goes above and beyond with their care of the residents they have looked after my father since he had a fall and had to go into care. My dad is happy and looked after so well by the very caring staff. I would highly recommend Colliers Croft. They took my dad to Saints rugby ground for a trip out which he totally enjoyed and became the star attraction. Our family would like to say the biggest 'thank you' possible to every member of staff who cared for, helped, supported and provided a safe and loving environment for our beloved and cherished Mum, May Hill.
