Ran credit with out consent, stated because I was co owner of savings they had the right. Told them before hand that I had no idea where there property was, and not my loan. Gary was rude. Now have to go about hard to remove it. Not a friendly Credit Union.
Horrible loan department. I have always wondered how people lost their home loan before closing and now I know how. . . A terrible loan officer! This bank almost lost us our home loan. It was the worst feeling, knowing someone who doesn't know how to do their job just about lost the loan to buy the house we spent the past 5 months building. My suggestion would be, find a company who values your investment as much as you. This company is not that company. Choose anyone else other than Highmark!
