Just wanted to update this review. They responded to my negative review with a phone number. Guess what? Ive called 4 times. They dont return msgs. So the truth is, the dont really care. They injured me. I should call an attorney at this point. I was so disappointed. Ive been fighting to get to physical therapy for 2 years #comasurvivor. I explained how sedentary my life has been and how much pain I am in. I finally was able to walk with walker and actually go to a facility with equipment and tools to aid in my recovery. Had a great experience with Caitlin, Nick, Amber, Ryan, and the rest of the team. Staff was friendly, they answered all my questions, and gave me actionable steps I could take in and out of the office for my issues. I highly recommend Highline PT, and will come back if (god forbid) other issues come up.
