I have been going here for a long time and Crystle is an excellent person to talk to and helps me with all of my appointments. She makes sure I don’t miss any appointments, she goes above and beyond her normal duties I’m proud to say I’ll inform my family about her and what she does as an employee. I am definitely referring any and all friends and family to come here for future appointments.
I initially wasn’t going to leave a review but an interaction I had with the receptionist here wouldn’t leave my mind and upon looking at other reviews it seems this receptionist (crystal) has a habit of being mean and almost bullying people looking for information/help or not understanding and asking for clarifying questions. This is a long overdue thank you to Crystal. I had insurance issues and she calmly and confidently straightened out everything. She is a joy to work with and schedules appointment dates and times that are convenient for me. Her positive attitude , knowledge, and smile creates a welcoming environment for me and other clients.
