I am very upset. I loved highlights as a child myself and even got numerous magazines and other items for my nieces and nephews as they grew up. I bought some more books recently, now about four days ago and two days ago I received an email saying “good news, your items have shipped“. I ordered a highlights for children subscription for a friend's son on December 15th 2024. To date. February 17th 2025, that individual has not received a single issue. I have called numerous times and been told the magazine was lost in the mail or because the recipient was a minor the magazine was not delivered by the United States Postal Service.
