Very friendly knowledgeable staff
changing my review from five stars to one star for an important reason. I've been coming here for years. spent thousands of dollars and gotten to know a lot of the staff on a personal level. the majority of them deliver on personality and insight, theres a reason I keep coming back. I am a regular here and know most every employee, and I always have a great experience except with this one employee who I regularly have trouble with and continue to see bad reviews about- a shorter lady with dark glasses. She is consistently snippy and has very poor product and customer knowledge, which leads me to dread walking to the counter every time I see her behind it.
