I am a regular here and know most every employee, and I always have a great experience except with this one employee who I regularly have trouble with and continue to see bad reviews about- a shorter lady with dark glasses. She is consistently snippy and has very poor product and customer knowledge, which leads me to dread walking to the counter every time I see her behind it. Otherwise decent experience, okay prices, and quick service
Roll into this shop and say High to Kevin. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. I really like the store and selection they carry. I’ve spent quite a bit of money at this location and was really looking forward to their rewards system. However, the budtenders fail to do their job properly and make it the customer’s problem. Customers should be greeted and ID’d *before* they enter the main floor, before they take a look at the menu, not when they’re ready to order.
