Most of the staff are lovely. Unfortunately, Stephen is unbelievably rude on a regular basis and has gotten my order wrong on several occasions. Not sure if he is a manager or not, but defiintely needs some customer service retraining. Otherwise an exellent location!
Love this store. The bud tenders are awesome and personable. They products are priced great and they always have great deals. If anything is wrong, they do what they can to fix the issue.
The driver David is the best, friendly and prompt. The product is good and reasonably priced
The product I bought was "HCBD Organics Ambassador Organic Craft CBD Flower", it contained literally hundreds of seeds and is completely un-smokeable. I brought a container of the seeds with the empty product bag to the store to ask for a refund. The owner told me he could not refund me since the original product is not in the bag. He asked if I would like him to contact the producer to request an exchange, which I declined.
