I had a very good experience with Eric Depp, of Highlands, when we refinanced about 10 months ago. Today, I had a small issue with Highlands' administration and I emailed Eric ("I know it's not your job, but...."). He emailed me back immediately and someone from Highlands called and resolved the issue with me before the end of the day. I highly recommend both Eric and the company.
