Debra Smith is a joke in the Real Estate game. We went to LJ Hooker in Glen Innes, who went above and beyond to meet our demands. We are now comfortably living in our beautiful new house. So sad when a Realtor is so vindictive she must take your bond at any cost.This happened to me when the Realtor and owners ganged up on a perfect tenant who never defaulted on rent,had no parties or pets during 12+ yrs of renting where I was told by owners that I did over and above what was expected of a renter,yet when the time came to leave I was relegated from an A class tenant to zero.More amazing was the witchhunt conducted by the Realtor which turned up evidence of dust,cobwebs on picture hooks,watermarks on taps!
