I’m really frustrated after taking the time to fill out the entire online info request, and no one has bothered to call me back. If they can’t make the effort to follow up with potential residents, I’ll have to pass on this place.
Highland Square is a wonderful home for my Aunt. Everyone I have encountered at the facility has been kind, helpful and professional. It is a huge relief to find a home where she is safe and happy. They have so many activities and wonderful food. I couldn't ask for any more. Thank you Highland Square!
