The staff is very much on top of my sister's needs and so compassionate towards her and sincere in giving her the best assistance in moving forward. The director of this lovely home is Lloyd Cannady. we have a family member at Memory care and we are so disappointed on how things are being handled here. The aides and medtechs should learn compassion and empathy among all things before they can start working at this types or facility. With the amount of $$ we're paying., we expect our family member to be taken care of and not be left unattended for hours in scorching heat or Don't fall for what's posted on their website it's all a front.
