Surprisingly pissed off at this establishment today.. I've been coming here for years and years. Either this location or the Post falls location... And I book all my appointments around being able to go sit in their phenomenal steam room.. but for the first time ever I was told I could not go in there because I didn't have a swimsuit on. I wanted to treat my dad’s girlfriend to a manicure and pedicure, and I took my chances with a spa I had never been to. We enjoyed our experience so much she is treating me to a facial! The spa is inviting and spacious, yet cozy, with peaceful nooks for privacy. There is also a reasonably priced boutique with unique clothing, accessories, gifts and products. I love this place! It's so nice that the steam room is included in all bookings, and I love spending time in the relaxing waiting room with a drink. All of the employees I have encountered have been very friendly and professional.
Went in for a couples massage this Thursday. Been to the Post Falls location dozens of times over the past 15 years. Something was totally off this time. The counter girl asked us if we could find out own way back. No offer of a drink( we didn't want one anyway, but they always asked before)No steam in the steam room. By the time it got figured out it was time for the massage.
