Absolutely reliable, efficient, polite and friendly service; helpful booking, patient acceptance of details, and careful transport. A real pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend this service and its operators more highly.
As usual, clean, on time, and pleasant driver. Journey to the airport was no drama, in plenty of time. However, my return was less than ideal - my 11am flight was delayed 4 or 5 times before finally being cancelled around 3pm. New flight was 7pm, into Mascot around 8.45pm. By the time I had my bag & found Scott I was exhausted. Arrived home around 11pm. All day I was in touch with Scott keeping him UTD. He was pleasant & cheerful right up until he drove away from my home. Fantastic & professional service all the way!
Excellent service for our wedding. They allow two trips per drop off and pick up and different locations, we could get both bridal parties to and from the venue. The driver was very friendly and personable. The car was in excellent condition and clean. Highly recommend.
We got Highlands Chauffeur to drive us from Sydney to the Southern Highlands. We were so impressed we also got them to drive us around touring the greater area. We use chauffeur services around the world and these guys are possibly the best we have ever encountered. Professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they go to an extra level of effort to ensure your travel is a brilliant experience. Highly recommended.
