We've been banking with Investar Bank (formerly Highlands Bank), since we started our business in 2009. The customer service there has been great thanks to several CSR's, namely, Jennifer, Casey, Emily and Sonia. The bank manager at this branch, Christian DeJean, has assisted us in loans and various other needs. We just wanted to post this comment in gratitude for both our professional relationship with them and the friendly and accommodating services they all provide.

The employees at this bank treat you like family. They always know me by name, even if I haven't been there in a long time. They are awesome. My son had his card used fraudulently and he went in there panicked. They took care of it right away and he lost no money. Love this bank.
I love my investor bank family! When I walk thru the door I'm greeted with a warm welcome. Im always worrying Mrs. Jennifer at least once or twice a week! She get the job done and with a smile. I couldn't have chose a better bank to deal with!
