Extremely disappointing engagement with Dianna at Highlander Law Group. Engaged her services and paid a retainer only to be notified via email that she was no longer able to represent us before the job was complete. They kept 50% of the fees paid without discussing it with us. We weren't given any option other than being told they were within their rights to keep the entire amount.
