How sad that I have tonpost a 2 star review after having lived here for nearly 3 terrific, enjoyable years. Nice apartment, nice people, fun activities and so much more. It all sours over a security deposit issue. I finally contacted the office after waiting patiently for over a month to hear anything on the return of our security. We should have had it or an itemized statement within 21 days of terminating our tenancy. FORTY TWO days later it arrived in our mailbox(amount in full). I enjoy all the extra activities we have to pick from. Including all the shows provided. Also I appreciate all the extra free time by the manager puts in to make this all possible and making living here a rral joy.
I moved in 5 yrs ago and still love living here and in Watertown. I retired here after living in Milwaukee my entire life. The views from my windows are great! I see open fields, farms in the distance and 3 beautiful maple trees outside my balcony doors. There are plenty of activities, if you choose to participate, and you still have the privacy and independence you want.
