I have previously rode with them . They use to be a good company but now they wait weeks and return my trip back to medical answering service the same day of the appointment. Their quality of service went down. Now the owner puts two to three clients to a car . He also doesn't communicate but demands you to.
This company is the best medical transportation company. Always on time and good polite communication. Nice clean Toyota’s!
Based on my mothers experience I highly recommend this company. She has used a number of firms, almost all have been a nightmare. They are always on time, very nice drivers too! She often has a driver named Jim or maybe James? Older guy but very good driver she says and very personal. I'm pleased.
Awesome service, I am very happy with them.
