Good Times at Highland Still House I went to Highland Still House for lunch with a co-worker and knew in an instant that our club (fanciers of a Scottish breed of terrier) would have to have an event there. Highland Still House What a great pub and restaurant! I have been to The Highland Still House 3 times...twice for lunch and once for dinner...and cannot wait to return. It is the perfect place to go with any number of friends for an enjoyable time and a delicious meal. The beverage selection is terrific and includes choices of non-alcoholic beer, so all can indulge. I loved the bangers and mash and the Scotch Eggs and am looking forward to eating through the entire menu during future visits.
Highland Still House Very charming Irish Pub. Great beer and whisky menu. The staff was very friendly, good service. Large outdoor eating area several small areas inside. The food was good, but a limited menu. I would definitely recommended it and will go back again.
Fun Place to Eat This restaurant is an interesting place to try some good Irish food. I would recommend going on a nice afternoon or evening so you can sit outside and enjoy the view. The seating inside isn't as good. The food is top notch and service was excellent. Can't beat the beer and drink selection.
I went there last night, and I have had some of the beat service I have ever had. The food by what I've had has been the most authentic Scottish cuisine I have had since I've been to Scotland. Two thumbs up!!!!
Cozy place, Nice drink menu – Wife, son and I went there for a Sunday dinner. The place is easy to find and the outside looks inviting. Upon entry there were a few dirty tables available and the place was about half full. We saddled up to a dirty table and bussed it ourselves. I have stopped at the Stillhouse for lunch twice in the last few years while traveling through Oregon City. I enjoyed both the authentic atmosphere and the fare. Its is "dark" and tight just like the pubs or roadhouses you find in Ireland or Scotland. There is a pleasant view of the falls from the second floor and patio areas. I cannot understand why this place is still open?! When my girlfriend and I came in on Saturday night, Feb 21st, we were sat at this awkward, tiny, wobbly little table in a dark corner by the dart board. It was so dark in there that we could barely see the menu, and we were close enough to the table next to us that we felt like we were eating with them!
