The social worker and Director of Nursing are very rude. As a matter of fact, the girl in admisdions and activity girl are horrible as well. I can honestly say my aunt has wanted yo talk to anyone from administration and EVERYONE IS RUDE! The guy in maintenance is more concerned with kissing the unit manager on 2nd floor than doing anything to improve the place. The Dir.
