I went to this store looking to purchase a dining room set. I left purchasing a dining set, bunk beds, and bar stools. The sales guy, Joe Haile, went out of his way to help us. The particular dining set we wanted was on back order for weeks, and floor models are not for sale. They were kind enough to agree to let us take the floor model, which looked brand new, though this is not typically allowed. I have been buying furniture from this company since the day it opened. I have also referred my friends and family. They have all purchase items from mattresses to sofas and dining tables. I have personally purchased mattresses, bedroom and dining room and living room furniture. The service and quality of furniture has been outstanding. In addition, the delivery company has always been on time and very professional. Great service and beautiful products at fabulous prices--the perfect combination.
We have purchased several items of furniture and mattresses over the last several years. The quality of the furniture/mattresses has been excellent and the prices were below anything comparable that we considered. We found the selection to be very good and the sales peolple to be very helpful and polite. We highly recommend Highland Park Furniture.
