Call this guy mid-day Friday for an important legal document I needed notarized. I work until 6 and most Notaries are done by 5 so I was thrilled to find someone for after 6. His words “you’re on the books for 6:30”. After driving like a maniac across town to make it for 6:30, some homeless looking woman comes to the door and tells me he left because he wasn’t sure if I was coming.
