Excellent service from Ken and Cheryl, as first time buyers they made the process so simple for me and my partner. Highly recommend to everyone
Agewise we are a bit at the older side when we decided to get a mortgage but Ken and Cheryl were very good. They guided us from start to finish of getting a mortgage and settling in our new house. All I can say is thank you and hats off to Ken and Cheryl for helping us make our dream of owning a house come true.
As a first time buyer Ken and Cheryl explained everything so clearly and made everything so easy and stress free.
Sadly our situation didn't allow us to get a mortgage at present but the people at Highland Mortgage company were great. They did face to face meetings (banks don't seem to offer this these days) and didn't mind our 2 young kids taking over. They really went out their way to try and find a solution to our work contract issues and there was no charge since they couldn't take it any further. Really friendly staff. Will look to them again once contract is sorted.
Highland mortgage company helped me get through my mortgage application they were great and helped me through the entire process even with stupid questions as is required of a good mortgage advisor :) Thanks to you both Ken and Cheryl
