Excellent work at a reasonable price.
I’ve used this shop three times now. Twice to buy various mobile gadgets. Yesterday it was to return a faulty mobile charging cable. I’ve been served by two different guys, and on each occasion these guys have been super knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble for them. I’ll definitely be returning. Excellent customer service from these lovely guys. Inverness is lucky to have you 😊
These guys are awesome. They fixed my daughter iPod nano, they previously changed the broken screens on two Samsung phones. And today they have outdone themselves. I had an issue with my BMW telematics module, I brought it in with no idea whether they could fix it. The technician was very patient, and willing to give the repair an go, and also interested in whether his repair would go well. Had a crack on the top rear camera of my phone. Contacted them via their Whatsapp the night before to get information on if they could fix it, as well as their pricing and length of time for the repair. I was quoted £20-30 for a 1hr fix. Visited the next day with my phone and the man was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the part required for the repair. He fixed it in 25 minutes at a price of £20 which was great.
