Don’t take advantages of mentally challenged people. William Murray sold my handicap brother a funeral package with 5 days viewing — 5 days! No one is viewed for this long. When I tried to intercept and told William to not cash the check, the check already cleared the bank. There are laws against taking advantage of the handicap. I feel my brother should be refunded for a minimum of 3 days. If this facility wants to do good on correcting this, they should email me for details. My email address is markcafl@yahoo.com.
Our Family has used Highland funeral home services for 2 family members in the past. This past week they took care of everything we needed or asked for with my wife's beloved sister. They made the processes simple and easy for us during our time of great pain. Never a unanswered call or question. Best of all they went way past the extra mile on a issue we had.
