Would be super awesome if they would ever answer the freaking phone or just happen to be there during when the sign says they are supposed to be there.

They never give you a solid answer to your question. The new manager seems to be like a dictator instead of being there for the residence. I am not impressed. Too bad, this could have been the place to be.
