Managed by Grosse and Quade Management. This companyl has posters ONLY photos of their nicer looking rentals. Here at Highlands Manor Apartments, well, it is run by the same management company and they really are "Slumlords"" This place is a monument to all that is filth, dirt , unhealthy and very unsanitary conditions. And if you like black mold, bedbugs and roaches, you will love this place! I have 100s of photos I have taken as to protect myselfP and proof that this complex is exactly as I described it�
