Poor business and sales etiquette. I don’t believe the guy they were training was there by his own free will. Turns out this is what is known as a “DevilCorp” I suggest anyone potentially looking into working here research what that is before they get involved.
To start with, this is a door to door sales job cut and dry. They market it as an account executive job, couldn’t be further from the truth. On day 1 you are briefed and given the choice of taking entirely 100% commission or partial commission and 500 dollars weekly (the 500 a week only lasts the first two weeks, then entirely commission no matter what) You will be bringing in far less than four digits weekly and that includes working Saturday’s every week. This place is highly unprofessional i don’t know where it’s okay to have all female employees cramped up in an office to change clothing day 2 of training but this was definitely a humbling experience!
Worked there for a month and only got 144.00 on my paycheck.
Colin and Emily were knowledgeable, friendly and a massive help.
