Great staff who get to know their residents and treat them with affection and respect.
A very positive experience with friendly staff who enjoy visits from my good German Shepherd, Lexie, who is a hit with residents that she visits!
The staff is great, I really enjoy seeing my grandmother and how happy she is here, all the staff has really helped her settled in well .the family thanksgiving was put together so well. The activity director Carolyn always has such a great positive attitude and is always smiling, shes really been good about helping her get out of her room and making her feel at home. My grandmother loves all the food socials and games they play. The remodeling is also starting to look really good. Would highly recommend highland healthcare.
