Highland Hall has just reopened in historic Hollidaysburg after 12 years of sitting unoccupied. After a complete construction overhaul, the hall has been externally restored and internally renovated. It now hosts over fifty apartment units for senior citizens. Now that it has been redone, it looks wonderful and definitely adds to the historic charm of Walnut Street.
