overpriced mismanaged old run down community, lot rent is the highest in Volusia county and does not include cable like orange tree village, kings lake, country village. worst run community around, avoid this park.

It’s very clean and peaceful,everyone here have been very pleasant and caring. We bought our mobile home 3 years ago and it’s the best choice we have made, the management team are great,we highly recommend our little peaceful community.from the miranda family 😁
