This was my first time working with the Maple Grove location and LeAnn spent as much time as was needed working with me to open a new CD and add a beneficiary to all my accounts. Her pleasant attitude and willingness to take the time to make sure everything was updated for me properly was much appreciated!
Stay away from this bank! I took out a HELOC with them for a house I owned and their bookkeeping is fraudulent. Double charging interest on their statements. After I overpaid to close out the loan at the closing of my house I received a statement indicating I owed extra interest accrued without taking into account my most recent payment covering additional principal and all of the interest. If they don’t resolve this properly, I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.
Their customer service has really gotten terrible over the last few years. Everytime you go in there are new people and they are not trained. Use to be a great bank.
I recently took out a home equity loan through Highland Bank. I found them to be responsive, Easy to get a hold of and clear in their explanations of every step. I would highly recommend their services.
