KinderCare gives discounts for reviews. My child went here for 3 years. Picking up my child one day, i was walking in and saw through the hallway window his teacher grabbing his arm and throwing him. He was just sitting on the floor. I walked in infuriated first protecting and removing my child, i confronted her and she quit, just walked out. The director did nothing because she quit on the spot.

I would give more stars if I could; coming from 2 bad daycare experiences and coming to Kindercare Downers Grove this is the best decision I made for me and my son. From the directors all the way down to the teachers; The communication is beyond expectation; they are organized; affordable; CLEAN and they have the best curriculum for all ages. I hate that I didn’t find them sooner. I recommend enrolling your child/children in this daycare location☺️

My 5 year old son has been a KinderCare child since he was an infant. I cannot begin to tell you how much of an amazing program with amazing curriculum this location offers their families. My son has flourished and he is BEYOND ready to make his transition into Kindergarten. His teachers as well as the management go above and beyond for our family and are all so caring and loving towards our child and they help us with all of our needs.
