I would give more stars if I could; coming from 2 bad daycare experiences and coming to Kindercare Downers Grove this is the best decision I made for me and my son. From the directors all the way down to the teachers; The communication is beyond expectation; they are organized; affordable; CLEAN and they have the best curriculum for all ages. I hate that I didn’t find them sooner. I recommend enrolling your child/children in this daycare location☺️
My 5 year old son has been a KinderCare child since he was an infant. I cannot begin to tell you how much of an amazing program with amazing curriculum this location offers their families. My son has flourished and he is BEYOND ready to make his transition into Kindergarten. Our daughter has been going to KinderCare since she was 7 weeks old and LOVES going to each morning! She is constantly learning and excited to show us what she's done each day when we pick her up after work!! I can't say enough about the teachers and directors who work there! We are now expecting a son within the next few weeks and he will also be going to KinderCare! It's a nice feeling knowing our kids are so well cared for while we're at work!
Do not bring you baby here. They have an owner who is careless and very unprofessional. When I came to sign my son up, all she kept doing was rolling, her eyes at everybody else. She brings in and accepts other kids when she doesn’t even have enough staff to cover.
This place is not a good place for your baby! One of the teachers do drugs. And the main lady is very rude and give off a attitude like she just doesn’t care about anything. Then I caught her rolling her eyes at all her workers like she just doesn’t care about anything and just wants to get off work and drink!
