Terrible customer service. They purchased a company called: "You Earned It" which was fantastic. Ever since Kazoo took over, it's been going down hill. It's supposed to be an employee engagement tool, helping us to recognize and reward our co-workers... it has become a source of complaints! "I didn't get my gift card", etc. Previously if there was a problem, the issue was quickly rectified. Since their platform "upgrade", customer service has disappeared (at the same time that problems have multiplied). DO NOT RECOMMEND
