RecommendedHighgate is an incredibly supportive place for families.
My Grandma lived here until very recently when she passed away. This was her third memory care facility and I cannot say enough fabulous things about the people I have met who work here. Diane you are a ROCKSTAR! Payton, Victoria and Carla! And so many more in the Cottage treated my grandma and I like family. They TRULY do CARE at Highgate!

Myself and other siblings placed my parents into Highgate. We thought it was a wonderful place in the beginning but it only went downhill. I would not recommend it!

Never enough care !! In memory care they are always short staffed !! The cottage coordinator feeds into any gossip !! Not enough carepartners to what they promise the families! Not fair to the residents or carepartners!
