Shirin Hatami is a great physiotherapist! She helped me a lot during my recovery and was always kind and encouraging. The massages she gave really helped, and she always gave helpful feedback. I’m really thankful for her support and would highly recommend her!

預約今天11:00的針灸，到了現場，才被告知我的預約被取消！ 沒有事先任何的通知， 電話，email，都沒有通知，到了現場，櫃檯小姐告知我的booking被取消了⋯非常過份，排除萬難且花費很長的交通時間，根本浪費了整個早上過去來回的通勤時間⋯ 9/3 update 今天收到他們主管的回覆，竟然只是要我確認電話是否正確。 我要再次強調：我的電話完全正確，沒有收到任何語音留言。而且我在預約時已經勾選 Email 和簡訊通知，卻完全沒有收到任何訊息。結果是我人到了現場，才被告知預約被取消。 這樣的處理方式非常不負責任。店裡自己內部的錯誤，卻要客人來承擔時間和交通上的損失？不僅浪費了我的時間，也讓人對這店的專業度和管理徹底失望。 希望這店能正視這樣的問題，而不是把責任推回到客人身上。
I had a very disappointing experience with this physiotherapy clinic. They mostly provide massages that don’t help with real recovery, and I felt like they were not addressing the root cause of my pain. After going there several times, I realized it was a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for proper physiotherapy treatm
