Amazing! Staff are wonderful, caring, respectful and compassionate. Management and staff did a wonderful job of looking after Mum. New Management putting much effort in refurbishing. Thank you to all the staff for being so wonderful.
My wife's 89 year old mum was sent to Highfield Manor Care Home directly from hospital 6 months ago. She was blind, had vascular dementia and other underlying conditions. At times she could be quite “difficult” as is often the case at this stage of their dementia. On first sight the building looked a little old and uninviting but you should never “judge a book by its cover” 🙏 From the very first day the staff were excellent with mum.
