I hired this company to handle SEO for two of my businesses. Unfortunately, once the monthly fees started, the level of customer service dropped off significantly. Communication has been difficult, and the content they have produced for my companies has not met a professional standard. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. A total rip off. I hired Higher Visibility in 2021. Four years later after promising me that my online visibility would increase I can’t even be found in my profession and I’ve been in business for 16 years!
