Had my first session with Kathryn tonight and I couldn't be happier! I booked a 90-minute massage and it was exactly what I'd been searching for. First time seeing Kathryn and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and clearly understands how the body works. She helped address my shoulder pain and explained what she was doing along the way. After the session, she even sent me helpful stretching videos to continue the progress at home. I really appreciated the care and attention — highly recommend.
