I completed the Learn to Meditate course at Higher Truth and found it to be a great experience. It was great to learn about the benefits regular meditation can bring to my life and to be given the opportunity to learn and practice in a safe and calming environment. The skills learnt are easy to implement into everyday life. If you are looking at getting into meditation then I highly recommend going to Michael Patterson at Higher Truth.
