My experience with Chelsea has been nothing short of transformative. I wasn't sure what to expect with hypnosis, but she made the whole process feel safe and reassuring. Not only did I unlock so much in my subconscious through our sessions, but she also provided all the tools I need to continue to do the work on my own for ongoing growth and discovery. Very thankful I chose to work with Chelsea on this journey of self discovery.

The therapy here has molded me back to a functioning state . It's my first time with hypno therapy and honestly had no idea what to expect. I have to start by saying that my experience with Chelsea was nothing less than transformative in the most beautiful of ways. I've done different types of hypnosis before with success but not in the same way. I was able to be open and vulnerable and Chelsea guided me through the process with such care and patience. Chelsea is really good at what she does! Her expertise in hypnosis helped me not only get rid of my body dysmorphia, but also helped me with my overall mindset, self confidence, anxiety, and quieting my head space. The hypnosis has really helped me heal in a lot of ways that standard therapy/counseling could not.
