Matthew is extraordinarily gifted at healing! I recently went back to see him after my dad passed away as a means to support me through the grieving process. Our sessions coupled with the homework assignments Matthew provides have helped me navigate the hardest time in my life with so much more grace, ease, and my joy is returning! Highly recommend Matthew for any recovery and prevention body work. His approach is different from anyone I have seen before. It is very focused and his take on energy flow within the entire body not just the area of concern was new to me. Once my acute recovery from a significant knee surgery was completed, I went to him and believe it really helped get me back to full strength. Have regained my ability to exercise hard, and ski at a high level.
