Incredibly friendly and gracious staff with incredible products!
I purchased one of these smoker kits awhile back and have been trying to contact them by phone and email to purchase extra screens. It has been about a week now with no response. Terrible customer service.
I placed an order online January 4th and still have not received it. I cannot get ahold of anyone at the business, they haven’t responded to my emails and their voice mail is full. I can only assume they are out of business and with my money.
I ordered a smoking set for my husband for Valentine's Day. For two weeks, the status of the shipment said it was shipping, but nothing ever updated, and I never received my package. UPS was no help, as they said that it never left the facility. When I contacted Higher Order, they assured me that it was sent, but had no idea what happened from there.
