I had an issue with a cartridge that didn’t work, and wasn’t able to get it resolved. I was told the fix was to buy a $32 Vuze battery, even though my current battery works fine with every other cartridge I use. When I spoke with the manager, she acknowledged that carts can sometimes not work properly, but attributed my issue to using my own battery rather than the cartridge itself — even though these carts are advertised as compatible with standard 510 batteries.
