Hi, I had visited this shop last Friday. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the receptionist Jessica. She did not explain what I was signing and seemed to just throw the iPad toward me, which felt rude and unprofessional. However, I do want to mention that The Deshawn and Julian and Selmo were very kind, helpful, and made the rest of my visit much better. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service experience at the front desk.

Today I encountered Jessica as the receptionist early in the morning. I said good morning how are you and handed my ID over. She kept looking me up and down in the most disrespectful way. She never said “hi”, “thank you”, or good morning back. She handed me my ID back in total silence and a look like she wanted to fight me or was disgusted with me. I purchased a product that did not work as expected. When I returned to the store, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. Instead of a straightforward replacement or refund, the item was taken to the back and returned to me as if it were a new product. After getting home, I confirmed it was the same item I had originally brought in. Being treated this way as a customer is frustrating and undermines trust.
