The customer service and employees here have went above and beyond for me twice in the last ten years or so that I have been shopping with them. They are very veteran friendly and every single shopping experience has been excellent. Most recently, they didnt have what I was looking for and went out of their way to make it happen for me! The last time they helped me out years ago, I accidentally raised my water attachment higher than my da buddah vaporizer and fried my internals and they replaced them for me, for free!!!
