I have just had a stairlift installed for my father and we are very pleased with this Higher Elevation. Paul came out to do the initial quote with no hard-sell and no repeating calls until we had made a decision. Paul then did the electronic survey and we paid the deposit as the lift rail had to be made-to-measure. We were then notified of a date for the installation about four weeks later and Paul did the installation in about four hours with the help of a colleague. After my grandmothers stairlift ceased working, I called Higher Elevation - within 24hrs, they had sent an engineer to check the fault and provide options for repair. We chose a reconditioned unit and within 3 days they had a contractor out to survey the house - this was fitted within 4 days. Throughout, communication has been excellent and their customer support is first class. We will be taking out a service contract with them to ensure the same does not happen again. Extremely grateful for your work!
