I visited Highcroft to deliver a chair based dance session and was welcome by friendly staff and residents alike. The team were attentive and supported our forward thinking approach. We hope to be back dancing at highcroft again soon!

The staff is very nice and friendly, is good team and very nice communication, the Management is very good and very friendly is well , I'm really enjoing working with the team ,they support me and the residents are our carefull , safe and in good hands !
I am district nurse, and regularly visit Highcroft care home to see patients. The patients are always in a good form and the staff are amazing they are always very caring. The care home has a friendly and welcoming environment and all the staff appears helpful at all times.
I am a agency care worker and have been working with highcroft for just over 3 years. I love the fact how manager herself works hand to hand with all staff, family members and residents. She encourages us all the time and never made me feel like an agency worker. I am fully supported within my role and manager set's the perfect example.
